ACA Reporting Services

Our ACA Employer Reporting service will help you determine if your company is an Applicable Large Employer (ALE), and whether your health coverage is affordable and of minimum value per current regulations.

These services include:

  • Client Administration Manual

  • ALE Determination Worksheet

  • Plan Assessment Worksheet and Calculator

  • Collection of Historical Data required to complete reports (must be submitted as one file)

  • Variable Hour Tracking (optional)

  • Year-End Reporting

  • Completion of required IRS Forms and assistance with timely filing and distribution

  • ACA Late Filing guidance

  • ACA IRS Penalty Guidance

  • Audit Guarantee

  • Services are also applicable for entities within Controlled Groups businesses

Fees:

ACA Employer Reporting per single ALE: $750 plus $1.75 per employee per month for the first year - $500 plus $1.75 PEPM for following years

ACA Late Filing Guidance: $1,000 for each reporting year

ACA Penalty Guidance$1,200 for each applicable reporting year, per employer

Eligibility and Entitlement Review: $0.30 per employee per month

Background Checks/Drug Tests

Drug Testing:

Random Drug & Alcohol Testing - Transportation Industry:

  • As a DOT company, a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol program may be required. If your company is a Non-DOT company, you may want to enroll your drivers in a drug and alcohol program to ensure and promote safety in your company.

  • These Services Include:

    • Alcohol and drug testing policies, and instructions for implementing your program

    • Employee and supervisor training records

    • Random testing records

    • Records of drug testing custody and control forms for all DOT tests

    • MRO records

    • Alcohol testing forms for all DOT tests

    • Employee return-to-duty records

    • Consortium enrollment

    • Services for all of the following DOT Agencies: FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, USCG, FMCSA

    • Optional: FMCSA Clearinghouse administration including unlimited consultation, required annual queries, required new employee queries, and reporting of violations

All  employers, regardless of state, are advised to develop a safety and health program based on the nature of work that is performed within the organization. This would result in an employer having an Injury Illness and Prevention Program that details the safety training required of an employer based on workplace hazards.
