*Roles with base compensation $150K+ are retained.

THE APPROACH

Fees

An initial meeting will take place to discuss your annualized, estimated hiring needs.

 

Together we'll establish Pricing Tiers aligned to the forecasted needs by organizational level and geographical location.

 

Each opening will be assigned to one of five Pricing Tiers ranging from $3500 to $15,000.

Temp to Perm - The Process

  • We engage Back Office Staffing Solutions (BOSS) as our back office provider who become the legal
    Employer Of Record (EOR) for the temporary workers

  • The EOR acts as the legal employer for legal, HR, and tax purposes and carries all insurances

INTRODUCING BOSS

  • Contracts are between you and nextOPP and BOSS will process the invoices, collections, and payments

  • Timecards are easily approved via email

  • Access to the state-of-the-art BOSS portal

  • Updated copies of the BOSS 1099 forms are always available
